Application, Background Check and Credit Report Authorization
Are you ready to fill out your rental application. Here is how the process works:
Please contact our office at 602-430-8121 and speak with Mark Lord BEFORE filling out your application or paying for the application fee. We want to discuss the available property with you first to verify it is still available and the time frame that you need it. Once we have confirmed that with you, we will then instruct you to fill out the application, accept a credit and background request via email and pay the fee below.
You
may download the Rental Application form to apply as a prospective tenant to a specific rental
property. Please return the application by fax to 602-467-3237 or
scan and email mark@henstrahounds.com You will be contacted within 24 hrs by our office.
There is a $65 per adult application fee that includes the Background
& Credit Check.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button you will leave our webpage and be
taken the PayPal secure website to make your payment.
This PayPal account is for paying your Application Fees only, DO NOT pay your rent through PayPal it will not be applied towards rent and there is a PayPal admin fee for returning improper rent monies paid via PayPal. Thank you.
