Cleaning Service:
We employ and supervise
the cleaning service upon tenant exit for property rental clean up to prepare
for a new tenant, cleaning fee is generally covered by the cleaning deposit.
Disbursements/Financial Reports:
The balance of the
rents collected, less management fees and expenses will be forwarded to the
owner on or about 10 working days after the first of the month. A monthly accounting report prepared by our
office will be sent detailing rents and disbursements for each month.
Taxes:
We collect and file
transaction privilege sales tax.
Evictions:
Delinquent notices are delivered or posted as necessary.
